Virginia, "Ginny" Cameron age 87 of Little Falls, MN, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at the Harmony House in Little Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10:30 A.M. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Little Falls with Father Nick Landsberger officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday and Friday from 8:00-10:00 A.M. at the Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls. Christian Mothers Rosary at 4:30 P.M. Thursday followed by Parish Prayers at 7:00 P.M. Virginia "Ginny" Cameron was born on January 20, 1925 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Joseph & Mary (Born) Smyth. She graduated from high school in Baltimore MD in 1943. Following her schooling, Ginny worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company before her marriage to Darrell "Red" Cameron on October 27, 1946. The couple moved to Little Falls where Ginny worked for R.A. Randall Insurance Agency and raised their family. Ginny was an active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Little Falls where she was a lector, helped in the library at Mary of Lourdes School, was a member of the Mission Circle and the Christian Mothers. She was also a Cub Scout Den Mother and served many years on the Little Falls Carnegie Library Board. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Joseph (Michele) Cameron of Little Falls, MN, James (Dianne) Cameron of Perrysburg, OH, Charles (Jackie) Cameron of Nashville, TN, Mary (Ralph) James of Andover, MN, Richard (LuAnn) Cameron of Pillager, MN, John (Kay) Cameron of Little Falls, MN, Paul (Colette) Cameron of Little Falls, MN, Daniel (Patti) Cameron of Motley, MN & Christopher (Jennifer) Cameron of Provo, UT; sister, Margaret Ann Hatfield of Bel Air, MD; 34 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell "Red" Cameron on July 14, 1978; brothers, Joseph, Charles & Walter Smyth; grandchild, Casey Cameron and great-grandchildren, Brielle Zimmerman-Cameron & Mary Annabelle Langer. Casket Bearers are Bill Cameron, Jennifer Annen, Sean James, Beth Cameron, Simon Cameron, Greg Dancer & Nick Cameron. Honorary Pallbearers are Cory Cameron & Christopher Cameron, Jr.
