Victoria Rose Petrowski

Victoria Rose Petrowski, 86 year old resident of Cokato formerly of Little Falls, died Wednesday, February 5 at her sons home in Cokato.A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 8 at 1:00 p.m. at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, MN with Chaplain Gregg Valentine officiating.The burial will be held at the East Swanville Cemetery.A visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, MN.

Victoria Rose Berg was born September 25, 1927 in Swanville Township, Morrison County, Minnesota to the late Edward and Dorothy (Lubbert) Berg.She attended country school in Swanville Township.She was united in marriage to Walter Petrowski in 1945.The couple resided in Little Falls, MN, until moving to Big Lake, MN, in 1979. Walter died in 1979 and she continued living in Big Lake. Victoria worked for Federal Cartridge Ammunition Company as an Assembler for 10 years. She also, worked for Litton Manufacturing, making microwave ovens and for Farmdale Chicken Farms in Big Lake, MN. Due to declining health, she has resided with her son, Dale for the past 15 months in Cokato, MN.Victoria enjoyed driving, league bowling and yard work except for the leaves and acorns.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Walter (Angie) Petrowski of Aurora, CO, Richard (Denice) Petrowski of St. Michael, MN, Dale (Peggy) Petrowski of Cokato, MN, Jim (Sandy) Petrowski of Big Lake, MN and Susan Jones of San Antonio, TX; siblings, Ebbie Berg of Little Falls, MN, Muggie Hines of Pillager, MN, Viola Berg of Little Falls, MN, Gordon (Delores) Berg of Brainerd, MN and Gert Wermuth of Roseville, CA; 8 grandchildren, Jessie Petrowski, Nicole Huckenpoehler, Megan Petrowski, Ingrid Petroswki, Freeman Petrowski, Amy Jones, Calvin Jones and Derek Jones.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter Petrowski; brothers, David Berg and Lyle Berg; brother-in-laws, Jim Wermuth and Irvin Hines; sister-in-law, Ida Berg and infant siblings.
