Trady E. Yetzer, age 72 of Hillman, MN, passed away June 15, 2012 in Arizona. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Rita's Catholic Church in Hillman with Father Jerry Schick officiating. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at St. Rita's Catholic Church in Hillman. Burial will take place Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 1:05 P.M. at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN. Anyone wishing to attend should meet at the cemetery no later than 12:55 P.M. at assembly area #1. Trady Edine Halverson was born June 2, 1940, in Minneapolis, MN to Eddie C. and Florence A. (Doyle) Halverson. She was baptized at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Columbia Heights, MN and received her First Communion at St. Helena Catholic Church in Minneapolis, MN. Trady attended St. Helena Elementary School, Folwell Jr. High School and graduated from Roosevelt LT/ St. Catherine's High School in Minneapolis. Following high school, Trady attended Crook County College in Oregon and during this time worked at Coin Millworks while attending college. Trady was united in marriage to Paul A. Yetzer on June 8, 1968, at St. Louis Catholic Church in Foreston, MN by Father John O'Connell. From 1965 to 1971, Trady managed seven Shopper City Deli Stores in Minnesota. In 1973, she went to work at North Memorial Medical Center as a supervisor for the ambulance dispatch, which she did until 1977. Trady also worked at Honeywell, Inc from 1975 to 1978 in the inspection defense department. From 1978 to 1980, Trady worked at Fabri-Tek as a personnel specialist. From 1980 to 1984, she was a data program specialist in the design department for the 3M Alarm Division. Trady and Paul moved to Platte Lake, Morrison County, MN, where she worked various jobs from 1985 to 1988. In 1988 to 1997, she owned and operated Trady's Kozy Korner in Harding, MN. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Palmer Lake, VFW Auxiliary #7968 and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, both in Apache Junction, AZ and the VFW and American Legion in Onamia, MN. She enjoyed flowers and the blessing of being outdoors, feeding birds, fishing, camping, traveling in the couple's motor home and spending many years wintering in Arizona. Left to cherish Trady's memory are her husband Paul A. Yetzer of Hillman, MN; children, Michael H. Yetzer of Minneapolis, MN, Brian Yetzer and special friend Rob Krogstad of Little Falls, MN, Keith (Jane) Yetzer of Princeton, MN, Wendy M. (Jerry) Stocki of West Jordan, UT and Kelly L. Yetzer and special friend, Nick Lamp of Little Falls, MN; best friends, Sharon gray of Moundsview, MN and Lou Ann Bleichner of Hillman, MN; sister, Linda Halverson of Northeast Minneapolis, MN; her special foster family the "Cooksters", Patti, Robin, Keith, Kathy, Debbie, Bob & Lydia Cooke; nieces, Rosanne (Ron) Carey of Ottertail, MN & Loni Arnott of Prineville, OR; nephews, Dwight Ronning of Rochester, MN, Mark Ronning of Bloomington, MN and Patrick Arnott of Prineville, OR; 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Trady was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie & Florence Halverson; brothers, Francis Halverson and Robert J. Arnott; sisters, Elaine Arnott & Lillis M. Johnson and foster family members, David & Margaret Cooke. Honorary pallbearers are her grandsons, Jerome Stocki, Christopher Stocki, Andrew Roth, Timothy Yetzer, Tyler Yetzer and Blake Yetzer.
