Sister Camille Squillace, 77, died on September 3, 2009, at St. Francis Convent, Little Falls, Minn. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Francis Convent on Tuesday, September 8, at 11 a.m. Friends may call at St. Francis Convent on Monday September 7, from 4 - 8:30 p.m. and from 8:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral on Tuesday, September 8. A wake service will be held at the Convent at 7 p. m. on Monday September 7. Sister Camille was born on December 1, 1931, in St. Paul, Minn. She was the third of four children born to the late Nicholas and Anna (Villelli) Squillace. Sister Mary Camille was accepted as a Franciscan Sister of Little Falls, Minnesota, on July 31, 1953. She made her first profession of vows on August 12, 1955, and final vows on August 12, 1958. She was a Franciscan Sister for 56 years. Sister ministered as a teacher. She served in Morris, Waite Park, St. Cloud, St. Paul, Elk River, Golden Valley and Burnsville, Minn. and Madison, Wisconsin. Sister Camille was preceded in death by her brother Nicholas. She is survived by siblings: Mary Dolney, St. Paul; A. Robert (Jane), St. Paul; sister-in-law, Doris, Inver Grove Heights; nieces and nephews and her Franciscan Community. Donations to Franciscan Sisters Ministries preferred.
