Little Falls

Roberta C. Law, 91-year-old former and longtime resident of Little Falls, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024, in Jamestown, North Dakota. A grave side service will be held on Monday, October 14 at 2:30P.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery 14813 138th Street in Little Falls, MN 56345.

 Roberta Charlotte Law was born on June 15, 1933, in Sanborn, North Dakota to the late Vern and Florence (Jansen) Sauer. She grew up in Sanborn where she attended and graduated Sanborn High School with the class of 1950. She was united in marriage to Ray A. Law on September 10, 1950, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sanborn, North Dakota. Following their marriage Roberta and Ray lived in several cities including Fargo and Grand Forks, North Dakota. In 1977, they moved to Little Falls. Roberta worked for White Drug in Little Falls retiring in 1995. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Little Falls.

Roberta is survived by her sisters, Glenice Kastet of Ypsilanti, ND, Clara (Jerry) Boughton of Cottage Grove, MN, Margaret Manns of Mandan, ND, Charlotte Andrist of Jacksonville, TN, and Cathy (Galen) Hollis of Durham, CA.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ray Law; son, Michael, Infant son, John, and an infant daughter, Michelle; brothers, Glen, John, Clarence, Ronald, and Kermit Sauer; sister, Mary Hasemeyer.
