Paul E. Lawson

Paul Lawson, age 62, of Hillman, MN, formerly of Anoka, MN, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013, at his home.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Pierz, MN, with Morrison County Chaplain Gregg Valentine officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Paul was born on September 12, 1951 in Anoka, Minnesota the son of Donald & Helen (Harmann) Lawson. He attended and graduated from Anoka High School, Class of 1969.He enlisted in the United States Air Force on January 26, 1970, and was honorably discharged on January 25, 1974.Paul was employed as a master Electrician by Kurt Manufacturing in Minneapolis where he worked for over 20 years.He was also the former owner of the Channel Inn on Platte Lake in Morrison County.

Left to cherish his memory are his companion, Rosy; son, Bradley; daughters, Tanya and Tracy; brother, John and wife, LouAnn; five grandchildren and two nieces.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Donald & Helen Lawson.
