Patrick Eastman, Sr., age 46, of Hillman, MN, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016, at St. Josephs Medical Center in Brainerd, MN, following a courageous cancer journey.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 24, 2016, at Immanuel Lutheran Church north of Hillman, MN, with Pastor Jean Megorden officiating. Interment will be in St. Ritas Cemetery in Hillman.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 24th at the church.
Patrick Roger Eastman was born on September 20, 1969, in Fort Knox, Kentucky the son of Arthur Elizabeth (Brausen) Eastman. He grew up in Genola, Minnesota. He attended grade school in Harding and high school in Pierz. He was united in marriage to Carmela Noe on September 24, 1991, in Pierz, MN. They lived in various places throughout the United States eventually settling North of Hillman. Patrick was employed at Telcom Construction in Clear Water, MN, and was part owner of Up North Bait, Beer and Butter with his wife, Carmela. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, DJing, working on cars and especially loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a huge Minnesota Vikings fan. He was a member of the Richardson Lions Club.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Elizabeth Bonnie Eastman of Hillman, MN; children, Alysha Eastman of Lafayette, MN, Krystal (Troy) Carrington of Graceville, MN, and Patrick Eastman, Jr. and girlfriend, Rebecca Tretter of Hillman, MN; grandmother, Marie Howard of Pierz, MN; siblings, Blaine (Brandy) Eastman of Webster, WI, and Ryan (Ali) Beierman of River Falls, WI, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Pat Eastman; wife, Carmela Eastman (Dec. 4, 2015).
