Patricia Tillman, 55 year old resident of Royalton, MN died Friday, October 22 at her home surrounded by her family following a courageous battle with cancer. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, October 26 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Royalton, MN, with Rev. Laurn Virnig officiating. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery north of Little Falls, MN. Friends may call from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Monday, October 25 at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, MN and from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service on Tuesday at the church. Parish Prayers will be prayed at 7:30 P.M. on Monday at the funeral home. Patricia was born May 30, 1955 in Little Falls, Minnesota to Agnes (Euteneuer) Karpinski and the late Jerome Plumski. She graduated from Little Falls Community School in 1973. Following high school, she attended St. Cloud Vocational School and received a diploma in Administrative work and graduated in 1974. She worked for the City of Little Falls after her schooling. She was united in marriage to David Tillman on October 19, 1974 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Little Falls, MN. The couple made their home in Royalton, MN. Pat worked for the Royalton Elementary School and for Herberger's distribution. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, summers spent fishing at Lake Alexander, vacationing with Laure and Lyn and most of all spending time with her granddaughters, Morgan and Brooke. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Royalton. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, David Tillman, of Royalton, MN; children, Ryan (Laura) Tillman, of Royalton, MN and Kelley Tillman of Little Falls, MN and friend, Mike Smith; mother, Agnes Karpinski of Little Falls, MN; brothers, Jim (Cheryl) Karpinski of Blaine, MN, Dave (Patty) Karpinski of Little Falls, MN; sisters, Karen (Jerome) Heinz and DeDe (Mike) Schwanke of Little Falls, MN; grandchildren, Morgan and Brooke Tillman; special friends, Lyn Kalis and Laure Zimmermann; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerome Plumski; step-father, John Karpinski; mother-in-law, Dorothy Tillman and father-in-law, Edward Tillman Sr.
