Marcella "Marcy" Boros

Marcella Marcy Boros age 80, of Little Falls, MN, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013, at St. Gabriels Hospital in Little Falls.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2013, at St. Marys Catholic Church, 305 4th Street SE, Little Falls, MN, with Fr. Timothy Wenzel and Fr. Joseph Backowski concelebrating.Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery in Little Falls.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 25th and 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 26th all at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls.

There will be a Rosary at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home followed by parish prayer service at 7:00 p.m.

Marcella Marcy Mary Klisch was born on June 1, 1933 in Bowlus, Minnesota the daughter of Edward & Theresa (Jendro) Klisch.She attended Bowlus Elementary School and graduated from Upsala High School, Class of 1951.She then attended St. Cloud State University and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Education.She was united in marriage to Henry Boros on August 16, 1955, at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Elmdale.The couple made their home in Little Falls where she lived the rest of her life.Marcy began her teaching career in the one-room school houses and continued through to the Pierz Catholic School.She then substitute taught in all the surrounding towns.She taught for over 60 years retiring in 2009.Marcy enjoyed dancing, teaching, fishing, traveling, plays at the Orpheum, and getting her family together.She was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church in Little Falls.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Pam (Richard) Nieken of Little Falls, MN; grandchildren, Wendy (William) Petrich of Randall, MN, Gary Boros of Bemidji, MN, Kyle (Sara) Posterick of Little Falls, MN, Michelle (Brian) Lynch of Rockford, MN, Addam Posterick of Sartell, MN, James Nieken of Cokato, MN; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Patricia (Merle) Jossart of Buffalo, MN, Cathleen (Donald) Atkinson of Hamel, MN, Lois (Clarence) Lampert of Bowlus, MN, Alice Boser of Zimmerman, MN, Robert (LaVerne) Klisch of St. Paul, MN, Jane (Leonard) Okronglis of Ham Lake, MN, and Jean Mrozinski of New Brighton, MN, Karen Struzyk (finace, Clarence Rajkowski) of Holdingford, MN, Anne Ostendorf of Coon Rapids, MN, Mary Lou Czerniak of Shoreview, MN; sisters-in-law, Kathryn Klisch of St. Paul, MN, Veronica (Harvey) Doble of St. Cloud, MN, and Genevieve Elliott of Las Vegas, NV.Marcy was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Boros; son, Patrick H. Boros; parents, Edward & Theresa (Jendro) Klisch; sister, Roseanne Klisch and brother, James Klisch.
