Leon Norberg

Leon Norberg, 74 year old resident of Little Falls, MN died on Sunday, February 28, 2016, at Central Minnesota Senior Care in Little Falls, MN.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls with Fr. Joseph Herzingofficiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Little Falls.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Leon Duane Norberg was born on May 4, 1941, in Little Falls, Minnesota the son of Melvin and Elaine (Jarvis) Norberg. He attended school in Little Falls and graduated from Little Falls High School, Class of 1960. Leons working career included 17 years at St. Francis Campus in laundry service, six years at Samsons Manufacturing building furniture, six years at Designer Wood as a machine operator and ten years at Larson Boats as a parts assembler. He enjoyed fishing, reading and playing cards.

Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Bob (Mirta) Norberg of Casa Grande, AZ, Bryon Norberg of Little Falls, MN, Karen Wendell of Blackfoot, ID and Linda (Cliff) Holmes of Great Falls, MT, and several nieces and nephews.

Leon was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Elaine (Jarvis) Norberg.
