Kenneth L. Davis

Kenneth L. Davis, age 71, of Waite Park, MN, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015, at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Memorial Service is 10:30 a.m. Thurs., Jan 22nd with visitation beginning 10:00 a.m. all at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls.A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 10:45 a.m. for the Graveside Service at 11:00 a.m. at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery north of Little Falls.Military honors will be provided by Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery Honor Guard Team.

Kenneth Lyle Davis was born on January 27, 1943, in Bemidji, Minnesota, the son of Alice & Albert Davis.He grew up in Deer River, MN, where he graduated from high school.Following his schooling, he enlisted in the United States Army on June 8, 1966 and was honorably discharged on June 7, 1968 and completed his Reserve obligation on June 7, 1972.
He was employed at Woolworths in St. Cloud for 23 years, and most recently for Fleet Farm in Waite Park for 17 years.When not working, Ken enjoyed his fishing trips with his friends.He was a member of the Waite Park American Legion Post #428, WaitePark V.F.W, and the Moose Lodge in Waite Park.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Lisa (Frazier) Robinson of Eden Prairie, MN, and Jodi (John Stumpf) Davis of Little Falls, MN; brother, Robert (Betty) Davis in Alabama; grandchildren, Lexya Davis, Jasmine Skjerseth, and Riley Stumpf.

Preceded in death by his parents, Albert & Alice Davis.
