Keith Patrick Roth, 54 year old resident of Richmond, MN died Wednesday, December 28. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 31 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Stanislaus Kotska Catholic Church in Bowlus with Father Virgil Helmin officiating. A visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the hour of the service on Saturday at the church. The burial will be held in the parish cemetery.
Keith was born June 30, 1968 in Buffalo, MN and spent many years of his youth on the family farm in Bowlus. He made many friends over the years at group homes in Sauk Rapids and Richmond. Keith was a joyful spirit who loved to perform and make others laugh. He enjoyed dancing to the oldies, playing with cars, watching movies and “making money”. He was a fantastic bowler and swimmer, winning many Special Olympic Medals. He was proud of his job at Wacosa and Bernick’s.
Survived by his brother, Kent (Joan) Roth of Victoria; sisters, Kathleen (Dan) Holker of Monticello, Kimberly (Si) Koning of St. Cloud, Kara Roth (Al Stewart) of Clearwater, Kelly (Paul) Beniek of St. Joseph; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
He is preceded in death and welcomed home by parents, Deacon Jerome “Jerry” and Irene Mary “Mickey” (O’Hotto) Roth; brother, Kevin Roth, sister-in-law Gloria (Carlson) Roth and great nieces and nephews, Jack Holker, Blaise LeBlanc and Cora Roth.
