Kathleen Kedrowski

Kathleen Kedrowski, age 63, of Bowlus, MN, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 26, 2010 at her home. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Bowlus, MN, with Rev. Michael Kellogg officiating. A visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls and one hour prior to the service at the church. There will be a Rosary by the Bowlus American Legion Auxiliary & the Rosary Society at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home followed by a Parish Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Kathleen "Kathy" was born on July 27, 1946 in Little Falls to George & Dorothy (Kulus) Czech. She attended school in Elmdale, Flensburg and graduated from Little Falls High School, Class of 1964. She was employed at St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls from 1964-1967. She was united in marriage to Eugene Michael Kedrowski on May 31, 1966 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flensburg. The couple made their home in Flensburg. In 1971, the couple moved to the farm south of Bowlus where they raised their family and where she currently resided. After the birth of her first child, Kathy stayed home to help on the farm. Along with farming, the couple raised beef cattle and operated a Gold n' Plump Chicken Barn. Kathy's hobbies and interests included cooking and baking, enjoying her children and grandchildren, mowing lawn. She always had an immaculate yard. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church where she sang in the choir and served as a sacristan. She was also a member of the Bowlus American Legion Auxiliary. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jay (Marcy) Kedrowski of Bowlus, Jill (Michael) Witham of Lino Lakes and Todd (Shani) Kedrowski of Bowlus; Patsy (Elmer) Gerads of Minneapolis, Maryann (Bernard) Musielewicz of New Brighton, Eileen Gerads of Elk River, Leroy Czech of Randall and Connie (John) Wimmer of Paynesville; grandchildren, Nicole Steiner, Crystal (Chris) Benson, Noelle Kedrowski, Abbegayle Witham, Zoe Witham, Jacob Kedrowski, Nicholas Kedrowski and Katelyn Kedrowski and three great-grandchildren, Vance, Christian and Ben. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, George & Dorothy (Kulus) Czech; husband, Eugene Kedrowski (1997) and three sisters, Suzanne Sanoski, Adeline Gerads and Delores Sauer.
