June B. Lee

June B. Lee, 87 year old resident of Little Falls, MN formerly of Long Prairie, MN, died August 4, 2013 at St. Ottos Care Center in Little Falls, MN. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, August 7 at 11:00 A.M. at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, MN with Chaplain Gregg Valentine.Friends may gather from 9:00-11:00 A.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home. The burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery north of Little Falls, MN.

June B. Larson was born June 26, 1926 in Denham, MN to the late Olga E. Benning and Anton L. Larson. She was united in marriage Earl Lee on June 23, 1950.The couple was married for 54 years. June worked for Honeywell in Minneapolis, MN for 15 years.The couple then moved to Burtrum, MN where they owned and operated Lees Resort on Long Lake for several years. June resided in Long Prairie, MN for a few years. The couple moved to Little Falls, MN in 1991. Earl died on October 29, 2004. June enjoyed collecting newspaper clippings, jokes, stories and Dear Abby articles and watching Wheel of Fortune. She was a member of the American Lutheran Church and Long Prairie VFW Auxiliary.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Gerry Klemish of Little Falls, MN; grandchildren, Jenni Klemish, Steven Klemish and Dan Klemish.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Lee; sisters, Elsa Hetherington, Mabel Bushey, Eillen Hetherington and two brothers-in-law.
