Joseph Wacker Joseph Wacker, 57 year old resident of Pierz, MN formerly of Hillman, MN died Sunday, June 15 at the Pierz Villa Nursing Home in Pierz, MN. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, June 18 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church in Bulldog Lake, MN. with Rev. Howard Eisel officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 PM on Tuesday at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Pierz, MN and from 9:30-10:30 AM on Wednesday at the church. Parish prayers will be said at 6:30 Pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. Joseph Wacker was born December 9, 1950 in Little Falls, MN to the late Mathew and Marie (Hiemenz) Wacker. He grew up near Hannah Lake in Richardson Township, Morrison County, MN. Joseph was employed at Employment Enterprises Inc. in Little Falls, MN from 1992 until 2004. Sherri and Jill, staff workers at Employment Enterprises, had a special place in his heart. He also worked at the Clothes Hanger and the Morrison County Humane Society and folded the church bulletin. He has been a resident of the Pierz Villa Nursing Home since February 2, 2007 residing there until his death. Joseph was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Bulldog Lake, MN. He enjoyed fishing, sewing and dancing. Joseph had a tremendous sense of humor; he enjoyed teasing others but did not take it very well. Left to Cherish his Memory are his siblings, Rose Hoffman of Hillman, MN, Roman Wacker of Two Harbors, MN, Bernice Banick of Harding, MN, Leonard Wacker & wife, Gail, of Aitkin, MN, Delores Meyer & husband, Dick, of Blackduck, MN, James Wacker & wife, Brenda, of Brainerd, MN, Kenneth Wacker of Rush City, MN, Joann Boser & husband, Duane, of Hillman, MN, Denis Wacker & wife, Patty, of Pierz, MN & Brian Wacker & wife, Carol, of Pierz, MN; brother-in-law, Richard Stauffeneker of Hillman, MN; 32 nieces and nephews, 46 great-nieces and nephews and five great-great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Alice Stauffeneker and infant brother, Richard Wacker; sister-in-law, Mary Lou Wacker; brothers-in-law, Duane Hoffman & Jerald Banick.
