Joleen Held, 56 year old resident of Little Falls, MN died Saturday, February 26 at the St. Benedict Center in St. Cloud, MN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 2 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Rita's Catholic Church in Hillman, MN. Friends may call from 9:30-10:30 A.M. on Wednesday at the church. Joleen A. Held was born January 20, 1955 at St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls, MN to Leonard and Bernice (Hoheisel) Held. Joleen attended Onamia High School and graduated in 1973. She then attended St. Cloud Vocational School for a few years. Joleen worked various jobs throughout her life. She would always attend adoration at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Joleen volunteered at St. Otto's Care Center in Little Fall leading the Rosary. Joleen treasured her nieces and nephews and the time they spent together. She enjoyed reading, embroidering, collecting cookbooks, watching movies and going to Craft Direct in St. Cloud, MN. Left to cherish to her memory are her mother, Bernice Held of Hillman, MN; siblings, Connie Vogtlin of Onamia, MN, Martin (Susan) Held of Hillman, MN, Marilyn (Clyde) Gulden of Pierz, MN, Joyce Held and special friend, Dan Powell of Pierz, MN; nieces and nephews, Brenda Vogtlin of Chisago City, MN, Shauna Held of St. Cloud, MN, Dylan Held of Hillman, MN, Dustin Held of Brainerd, MN, Tyler Gulden of Pierz, MN, Matthew Powell of Pierz, MN; great-nieces and great-nephews, Tommy Vogtlin of New Brighton, MN, Becky Vogtlin and Andrew Vogtlin of Onamia, MN; great-niece, Mya Vogtlin of New Brighton, MN. She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Held in 1986; nephew, Brian Vogtlin and special friend, Vern.
