Jeanette Litke, 73 year old resident of Pierz, MN passed away Saturday, April 9 at the Harmony House in Pierz, MN. A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, April 14 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Pierz, MN. with Rev. Gerald Dalseth. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery north of Little Falls, MN. Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 13 at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Pierz, MN. Christian Mother's will pray the Rosary at 4:30 P.M. followed by the Pierz American Legion Auxiliary prayer service. Parish Prayers will be said at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Jeanette Genevieve Eisel was born July 9, 1937 in Pierz, MN to the late Peter John and Genevieve Mathilda (Holst) Eisel. She graduated from Little Falls High School. She was united in marriage to Roland John Litke. The couple made their home in Pierz, MN. Jeanette worked at Flickers Bar and the Pierz American Legion. She also worked for the Old Bank Restaurant, Knotty Pine and the Genola Village Inn. Jeanette enjoyed bowling, gambling, campfires and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and was a member of the Christian Mother's and the Pierz American Legion Auxiliary and the Little Falls V.F.W. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Alan (Karen) Litke of, Pierz, MN, Jenny (Randy) Lardy of, Pierz, MN; sister, Phyllis Super of Little Falls, MN; brother, Dale (Areleen) Eisel of, Little Falls, MN and; grandchildren, Christopher Lardy, Aaron Lardy, Amy (Mike) Rybaski, Justin Lardy, Kayla Rhode and fiance, Andrew Dancer, Jacob Rhode, Kimberly Litke and Emilee Litke; great-grandchildren, Alex and Carter Rybaski. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roland "Ronnie" Litke; brother, Glen Eisel, and father and mother-in-law, Lawrence and Evelyn Litke. brother-in-law, Norman Super; and sister-in-law, Sharon Litke.
