Jean Roland, 76 year old resident of Little Falls, MN died Monday, May 18 at St. Gabriels Hospital in Little Falls, MN. A Memorial Servicewill be held Monday, May 25 at 10:00 A.M. at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, MN, with John Yourczeck officiating.A visitation will be held on Monday from 9:00-10:00 A.M. at the funeral home.

Jean Carolyn Wahlgren was born April 2, 1939 in Huntington, West Virginia to Merle and Hertha (Luckhardt) Wahlgren.She waitressed at the Royal Caf and the Hub Caf in Little Falls, MN for several years.She received her Home Health Aide Diploma and worked at St. Ottos Care Center in Little Falls, MN for a few years. She then went to work for Warm Hands Kind Heart in Minneapolis, MN for 10 years. She enjoyed horses, cooking and attending the Little Falls Craft Fair with her grandson. She treasured her time spent with her family, friends especially her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Ronald (Maude Ann) Petzoldt of San Diego, CA, Richard Petzoldt of Flagstaff, AZ, Lyn Petzoldt of Minneapolis, MN, Bob (Maxine) Petzoldt of Grand Canyon, AZ, Gary (Casey) Roland of Winslow, AZ, Jerry Roland of Little Falls, MN, Diana (Jim) Barnes of Apple Valley, CA, Debbie (Robert) Read of Apple Valley, CA, David (Susan) Roland of Charleston, South Carolina, Dan Roland of Yorba Linda, CA, Donna (Paul) Przybilla of Little Falls, MN, Denise Roland of Riverside, CA and Rose Bartishopski of Little Falls, MN; siblings, Robert (Sue) Wahlgren of Panama City, FLand Betsy (Woodrow) Chartierof Bradenton, FL; 23 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and one on the way in June.


She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands.
