George Raymond Czech, 74 year old resident of Little Falls, MN died Wednesday, August 17 at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, August 27 at 11:00 a.m. at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, MNwith Father Joseph Herzing officiating. A visitation will be held from 9:30-11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service.

George Raymond Czech was born June 3, 1942 in Little Falls, MN to the late George and Christine (Auer) Czech. He attended school in Little Falls and graduated with the class of 1960. He enlisted in the National Guard and served his country. He was united in marriage to LaVon Koplin on June 12, 1967 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Little Falls, MN. The couple made their home in Little Falls, MN. George worked for Larson Boats and Silverline Boats for 43 years, retiring in 2004. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bird watching, listening to classic country music and spending time with his grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, LaVon of Little Falls, MN; children, Tony (Vicki) of Elk River, MN, Tom of Little Falls, MN, Tim (Holly) of Elk River, MN; sisters,

Betty Sherry of Lastrup, MN, Pat Boser of Lastrup, MN, RoseMary (Jim Solarz) Filsmyer of Elmdale, MN; brother, Jerry (Natalie) Czech of Brainerd, MN; seven grandchildren, Brianne, Hannah, Kenli, Annabelle, Emma, Johnathon, Noelle.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Christine Czech; brother, Richard Czech and brothers-in-law, Duane Sherry, Kenny Boser and Jack Filsmyer.
