Edward L. LeMay

Edward L. LeMay, age 72 of Little Falls, MN, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls, MN. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Bethel Lutheran Church in Little Falls, MN, with Rev. Blaine MacNeil officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Edward Lawrence LeMay was born on August 19, 1937 in International Falls, Minnesota the son of Philbert & Dorothy (Nelson) LeMay. He grew up in International Falls where he attended school. Ed was united in marriage to Carol Lackmann on September 7, 1968. The couple made their home in Minneapolis for 17 years where Ed worked for Sears. In 1988, the couple moved to Little Falls. Ed enjoyed fishing and cooking. He was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Little Falls. Survivors include his wife, Carol of Little Falls; brother, Albert LeMay of Blaine, MN; sisters, Marie Hoffius of Minneapolis, June Bogart of Hoit Lakes, MN and Leona Shoquist of International Falls, MN, and many nieces and nephews. Ed was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Duane LeMay and Beverly Eisel.
