Dennis D. Flesner

Dennis D. Flesner age 69, of Little Falls, MN, died of natural causes on Friday, March 13, 2015 at his home.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at First Lutheran Church in Little Falls with Rev. Hank French & Rev. Walter Flesner officiating.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls and at the church one hour prior to the service.

There will be a prayer service at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Dennis Dean Flesner was born on August 28, 1945 in Tracy, Minnesota the son of Reuben & Myrtle (Forbregd) Flesner.He attended school in Milroy, Minnesota graduating with the class of 1963.He continued his education at the University of Minnesota Morris where he received his Bachelors degree in Education.On June 9, 1968, Dennis was united in marriage to Ronna L. Rambow at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Raymond, Minnesota.The couple made their home in Osakis, MN for one year before moving to Little Falls.Dennis taught Math and coached basketball and tennis until his retirement in 1999.When not working, Dennis enjoyed tennis, camping, cross country skiing, golfing, gardening, coaching, watching all sports, MN Twins baseball, bicycling, bird hunting and high school hoops.He was a member of First Lutheran Church in Little Falls where he sang in the choir.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Denelle Flesner-Czech and husband, Kelly Czech of Eden Prairie, MN, Nicole Flesner of Mahtomedi, MN and Tiffany Flesner of St. Cloud, MN; mother-in-law, Donna Dee Rambow of Willmar MN; siblings, Walter (Kay) Flesner of Mesa, AZ and Elaine Woelfel of Redwood Falls, MN; six grandchildren, Kaden and Kameryn Czech, Sophie and Emerson Honeycutt, Kyla and Isaak Wiser and other relatives and friends.

Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Ronna (December 7, 2014); parents, Reuben & Myrtle (Forbregd) Flesner; sister, Clarice Vickery and father-in-law, Gerald Rambow.
