Delbert J. Ramsey

Delbert James Ramsey was born on May 5, 1921 in Little Falls, MN to Frank and Rose (Turk) Ramsey. He married Lillian Irene Lee on December 16, 1942 in Little Falls where they raised their family. Delbert served in the U.S. Army from July 22, 1942 to December 31, 1945. He was stationed at Fort Benning Georgia. Delbert was employed by Crestliner Boats in Little Falls, for over 35 years. He was an avid fisherman and hunter throughout his life. Delbert was a member of the American Legion Post #46, Little Falls, MN. He is survived by: his son, Neil Ramsey & wife, Cindy, Boise, ID; daughters, Diane Ringwelski & husband, David, Little Falls, MN and Sharon Sjaastad, Boise, ID; siblings, Dallas Ramsey, Ogilvie, MN, Derald Ramsey, Burnsville, MN, Darlene Anderson & husband, Don, Minneapolis, MN and Doris Johnson & husband, Robert, of Iowa; six Grandchildren and five Great-grandchildren. Delbert was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian, his parents, Frank & Rose Ramsey and a brother, Dale.
