Deb Williams

Deb (Smuda) Williams, age 40, of Harding, MN, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at her home following a long battle with lung cancer. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 24, 2008 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Hillman, MN with Rev. Cathie Rhodes officiating. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the church. Deb (Smuda) Williams was born on March 11, 1968 to Adeline (Smuda) Seitz and John Smuda in International Falls, MN. She enjoyed fishing, talking on the phone, dancing, picking agates, going to the casino, playing bingo, was known for her awesome omelets at the Looney Bend. Left to cherish her memory are her three wonderful girls, Melissa Williams and Michelle Williams of Harding and Heather (Lou) Boyd of Pine Center; one wonderful son, Matthew Williams of Harding; her other half of 21 years, Doug Williams of Harding; mother, Adeline Seitz of Harding; father, John (Lilly) Smuda of International Falls; grandmother, Martha Woitalla of Harding; sister, Janice (Tom) Smuda of Harding; brothers, Wayne (Jennifer) Smuda of Harding, Daniel "Butch" (Mary) Smuda of International Falls and John Smuda, Jr. of International Falls; three grandchildren, Brianna Boyd, Alexis Aspinwall and Ryan Aspinwall; one niece and three nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Louis & Rose Smuda; grandfather, Roman Woitalla and step-father, Levi Seitz.
