Catherine Kapsner

Catherine Kapsner, 62 year old resident of Little Falls, MN died Monday, January 4 at her home in Little Falls, MN. A family private service will be held a later time. Catherine "Cathy" Kapsner was born August 7, 1948 in Little Falls Township, Minnesota to the late Ferdinand and Mary (Banach) Kapsner. She grew up in Platte Township and graduated from Father Pierz Memorial. Upon completing her schooling she worked at Northwestern Bell Telephone Co in Minneapolis, MN for 19 years. She was forced to retire due to declining health. She moved to Little Falls, MN, where she resided at the time of her death. She enjoyed traveling, being with family and valued her friends. She was a person who loved the beauty of nature, kindness of people and laughter. Her hobby was sending all types of greeting cards to people she cared about to brighten up their day. Left to cherish her memory are her siblings, LeRoy (Lyla) Kapsner of Princeton, MN. Kenneth (Betty) Kapsner of New Brighton, MN, Richard (Karen) Kapsner of Ramsey, MN and RoseAnn (Daryl) Tretter of Pierz, MN. 8 nieces and nephews and 11 great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Mary Kapsner; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Patricia Kapsner and a niece, Desoray Tretter
