Carol Richter

Carol Richter, 57 of Little Falls, MN, passed away, Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at her home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Little Falls, MN with Fr. Nicholas Landsberger officiating. Interment will be in Bennettville Cemetery near Aitkin, MN. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. Monday, October 8, 2012, and 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2012 all at Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, MN. There will be a parish prayer service at 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Carol Rosane Reynolds was born on January 27, 1955 in Aitkin, Minnesota the daughter of Carroll & Barbara (Ferguson) Reynolds. As a child, she moved to many places in Minnesota due to her father's work. She graduated from Canby High School in 1973. She was united in marriage to Doug Richter on July 8, 1973. The couple lived in Canby until 1975 when they moved to Minneapolis where they lived until 1980 when they moved to Little Falls. Carol worked for a time at the Royal Cafe, managed the Moose Lodge for 20 years, and then went to work at Mushel Drug in Little Falls until it closed. She then went to work at the Wolff Drug in Pierz and later to Rice where she worked at Minn-Tex trucking company. Carol loved crafting, reading, and spending time on the computer. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Little Falls and the Milaca V.F.W. Auxiliary. Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Doug Richter of Little Falls, MN; mother, Barb Reynolds of Little Falls, MN; brother, Carroll (DeAnn) Reynolds, Jr. of Milaca, MN, and a number of half brothers and sisters. Carol was preceded in death by her father, Carroll "Cal" Reynolds and a sister, Michelle Janzen.
