Carmela A. Eastman

Carmela Eastman, 45 year old resident of Hillman, MN, passed away Friday, December 4, 2015, surrounded by her loving family.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 7, 2015, at Immanuel Lutheran Church north of Hillman with Rev. Jean Megorden officiating. Burial will be in St. Ritas Cemetery in Hillman.

Visitation will be held at the church on Monday two hours prior to the service.

Carmela Ann Noe Eastman was born on September 24, 1970, in Harvard, Illinois, the daughter of Brian Ruth Ann (Heeter) Noe. She received her GED and then attended community college studying to become a registered nurse. She was united in marriage to Patrick Eastman, Sr. on September 21, 1991, in Pierz, MN. Carmelas work history included daycare, apartment management, CNA, bartender (Down The Block Bar), bar ownership, cashier, road construction and currently co-owned Up North Bait Beer and Butter. Outside of work, Carmela enjoyed gardening and her flowers, fishing and hunting, running the store, crocheting, black bears and was a big Vikings fan. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Pat Eastman, Sr. of Hillman, MN: Alysha Eastman and boyfriend, Jake Groff, of Morgan MN, Krystal Carrington and husband, Troy Carrington of Graceville, MN, and Patrick Eastman JR. and girlfriend, Rebecca Tretter of Hillman, MN; siblings, Royal Noe III and wife, Rita Noe of Sharon, WI, and Brian Noe Jr. and girlfriend, Kim Grashel of Randall, MN; and mother-in-law, Bonnie Eastman of Hillman, MN.

Carmela was preceded in death by her parents, Brian Ruth Ann (Heeter) Noe; father-in-law, Aurthur Eastman, and step-father, Richard Stuffy Stauffeneker.
