Bernice Rose Ginter

Bernice Ginter, 99 year old resident of Cushing, MN formerly of Sobieski, MN, died on Thursday, December 3 at Lake Hills Elderly Care in Cushing, MN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Sobieski, MN with Fr. Jimmy Joseph officiating. The burial will be held in the parish cemetery. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 7, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls, MN and from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Tuesday at the church.

Bernice Rose Kliber was born October 8, 1916 in Little Falls, MN to the late Stanley Charles and Emma (Soher) Kliber. She attended Country School in Pike Creek Township. Bernice was united in marriage to Stanley Ginter on April 23, 1935 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Sobieski, MN. The couple made their home in Pike Creek Township, Morrison County, Minnesota. Bernice worked as a Nurses Aide at St. Gabriels Hospital and on the Production Line at Crestliner Boats in Little Falls, MN. Bernice would bake bread every other day. The days she didnt bake bread, she made homemade cinnamon rolls and pies. Bernice would paint the field stones in the pasture white and pink to personalize and signify the family farm. She enjoyed gardening, canning, raising poultry, picking mushrooms, cooking big family meals, singing and yodeling, the outdoors and spending time with family. She was an active member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Sobieski, MN.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Audrey Babe Ginter of Little Falls, MN, Terry (Tony) Emmerich of Andover, MN, Lola (Robert) Craer of Scottsdale, AZ, William Ginter of Little Falls, Minnesota and Raymond Ginter of Little Falls, MN; 22 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Emma Kliber; husband, Stanley, Ginter; sons, Dennis Ginter, Howard Ginter and Robert Ginter; daughter, Shirley Anderson; grandson, Daniel Anderson; brothers, Leo Kliber; sisters, Maxine Mckinley, Florence Taylor, Loretta Luckenbihl, Bertha Kliber and Laverne Dvorak.

Casket Bearers will be: Paul Emmerich, Travis Ginter, Adam Ginter, Chris Ginter, Dennis Ginter, Leigh Ginter and Joe Craer.
