Bernice M. Wollack

Bernice M. Wollack, age 90, of Little Falls, MN, passed away on Monday March 23, 2015 at St. Otto's Care Center in Little Falls.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 26 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Royalton, MN with Fr. Laurn Virnig officiating. The burial will take place in the parish cemetery.A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 25 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. and from 9:00-10:30 A.M. on Thursday all at the Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Royalton, MN. A rosary will be held at 4:30 PM followed by parish prayers at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday evening at the funeral home.

Bernice Mary Warzecha was born on July 6, 1924 in Royalton, Bellevue Township, Minnesota to Phillip and Frances (Pintok) Warzecha.She resided in Royalton with her family where she attended school until the 10th grade.Bernice was united in marriage to Alex Wollack on June 14, 1949 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Royalton.The couple made their home in Duluth, MN for a few years.They also lived in Sue. St. Marie, MI, Harbor Springs, MI, Little Falls, MN and most recently Royalton, MN. Bernice volunteered for many years at St. Ottos Care Center in Little Falls, MN. She enjoyed feeding the birds, gardening, being outside, crocheting, dancing, fishing, playing cards, crafts, watching hockey especially the Minnesota Wild and the Minnesota Twins. Bernices favorite TV programs were the Wheel of Fortune and Days of Our Lives. Spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren was a joy to her. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and of the Christian Mothers. She touched each family member in a very special way and was the worlds best coffee cake and cinnamon roll maker. Bernice would always remember each family members birthdays.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dewayne Wollack and special friend Charlotte Jarrett of Hibbing, MN, Darlene (Gerard) Holtz of Royalton, MN and Karen (Jack) Trutwin of Sobieski, MN; grandchildren, Missy Hentges, Jennell Holtz, Tara Lindsey, Tim Holtz, Jackie Trutwin, Carrie Jaenicke, Nicole Knowles, Erin Sellner, Josh Wollack, Grayson Wollack; great-grandchildren, Alex Maselter, Ethan Maselter, Olivia Maselter, Becky Holtz, Zack Holtz, Carter Holtz, Isabelle Jaenicke, Kendall Jaenicke, Samantha Sellner and siblings, Leona Schneider of Sobieski, MN and Loretta Benusa of Ham Lake, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Frances Warzecha; husband, Alex Wollack in 1984; brother, Elmer Warzecha and a sister, Evelyn Benusa.
