Jacob "Jake" T. Olson infant son of Todd & Kerry Olson of Swanville, MN and twin brother of Eleanor "Ellie" Olson, was born, died and went to heaven on his birthday, Friday, November 3, 2011 at the St. Cloud Hospital. He is survived by his parents, Todd & Kerry (Stack) Olson of Swanville, MN; grandparents, Don & Connie Olson of Swanville, MN and John & Mary Stack of Woodbridge, VA; aunts, uncles & cousins. Jake's twin sister, Eleanor "Ellie" join him in heaven on Sunday, November 6, 2011. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents.
