Audrey L. Tiemann

Audrey L. Tiemann, age 66, of Holdingford, MN, formerly of Royalton, MN, passed away Monday, March 05, 2007, at home. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 8, 2007 at Emblom-Brenny Funeral Service in Royalton. Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Private interment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Royalton at a later date. Audrey Leone (Simmons) Tiemann was born on February 20, 1941 in Little Falls, Minnesota to the late Aubrey & Ruby (Schermerhorn) Simmons. She grew up in Little Falls and Royalton where she attended school. She was united in marriage to Hank Tiemann on October 28, 1961 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Royalton. The couple made their home in Royalton where they lived all their married life. Audrey was primarily a homemaker. She also worked various jobs in the area. Hank passed away on May 23, 1993 and Audrey continued living in Royalton. She then moved to Holdingford, Walker, Avon and most recently settled in Holdingford at her daughter's home. Audrey attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Royalton most of her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family and trips to the casino. Survivors include her daughter, Karla (Tom) Kalla of Holdingford, MN; grandchildren, Steven Kalla and Lynette Kalla both of Holdingford, MN; siblings, Bill Simmons of Virginia, Ardith Mosier of Holdingford, MN, Mike Simmons of Virginia, Tom Simmons of Long Prairie and Mary (Mike) DeWitt of Walker, MN; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hank Tiemann (May 23, 1993) and her parents, Aubrey & Ruby (Schermerhorn) Simmons.
