Arlene Mae Sura

Arlene M. Sura, age 75 of Little Falls, MN passed away Monday, September 22, 2008 at the St. Cloud Hosptial. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 A.M. at the Emblom-Brneny Funeral Service (West Chapel) in Little Falls with the Rev. Jason Swedeen officiating. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery. Friends may call from 8:30-10:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral chapel. Arlene Mae Sura was born September 16, 1933 in Little Falls, Morrison County, MN to the late George and Helen (Noyes) Lintner. She grew up in Little Falls attending Little Falls High School graduating with the Class of 1951. She was united in marriage to Richard Doschka on July 1, 1953 in Ohio. The couple later divorced. She met and married Leonard Sura. Following the couple's marriage they lived in Little Falls, MN. Arlene worked at Larson Boats and J.C. Penny and for many years as a volunteer at St. Otto's Care Center in Little Falls. Leonard died on March 17, 1988. After Leonard's death, Arlene continued to live in Little Falls residing there until her death. For the past 27 years, Arlene has lived at Brotts Boarding Home in Little Falls and was cherished by all who live there with her. Arlene is survived by her children, Tina Marie, John, Anthony, Cathleen, Christine, Lori, Mary Ann, Joyce and Cynthia; brothers, Leroy Linter & wife, Patricia, of Little Falls, MN and Duane Lintner & wife, Edie, of Brainerd, MN, numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard, parents; son, Richard and infant son, Dennis and a brother, George Lintner, Jr.. Honorary pallbearers are Arlene's children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Casket bearers are Brian, Kevin, Steve, Randy, Dale and Lynda Lintner.
