Ardell "JR" G. Tembreull, Jr.

Ardell JR G. Tembreull, Jr., age 50, of rural Freedhem/Pierz area died unexpectedly Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at his home.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 6, 2015, at Emblom Brenny Funeral Service in Little Falls with Chaplain Gregg Valentine officiating.Interment will be in the Freedhem Evengelical Free Cemetery in Freedhem, MN.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 8:00 P.M. on Friday, June 5, 2015, and 9:00 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 6th all at the funeral home.

Ardell JR Gerhard Tembreull, Jr. was born on February 19, 1965, in Little Falls, Minnesota the son of Ardell G., Sr. & Ginny (Lambert) Tembreull.He grew up on a farm near Freedhem and attended Little Falls Schools graduating with the Class of 1984.Following his schooling, JR worked as a farmer in the Feedhem area raising broiler birds for Golden Plump and milking dairy cows.On October 18, 1997, JR was united in marriage to Zandra Carlson at Holy Family Catholic Church in Belle Prairie.The couple made their home on the farm in the Freedhem area where they raised their children. JR was known as a Man of many things to his family and friends.He loved his family and friends and enjoyed kidding around with them.He was light-hearted and humorous.He especially enjoyed attending his childrens activities and greeting them with their secret hand shake.He was a previous member of the Two Cylinder Club.He enjoyed collecting pedal tractors, old and new toy tractors and farm machinery, and hats.He loved going to auctions and visits at the Freedhem Store.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Zandra of Freedhem/Pierz; children, Josh, Jazmyn, Rachel, and Samantha Sami all of Feedhem/Pierz area; mother, Ginny Tembreull of Freedhem; siblings, Anton Tony (Amy) Tembreull of Little Falls, Lucille Luci (Chris) Uhlenkamp of Little Falls, and Iva Ivy (Jeff) Thommes of Hillman; father-in-law, Bernie Carlson of Little Falls; mother-in-law, Mabel Tinker of Jamestown, ND; sister-in-law, Terri Carlson of Inver Grove Heights and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

JR was preceded in death by his father, Ardell G. Tembreull, Sr. (1/7/2007); grandparents, Anton & Anne Tembreull, Kenneth & Iva Lambert, and Zandras grandparents, Angeline & Bernard Carlson, Sr., and Zandras step-father, Dennis Tinker.
