AnnMarie Locke, 85 Year old resident of Little Falls, MN, died Thursday, May 22 at St. Ottos Care Center in Little Falls, MN.

A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, July 11 at 1:30 P.M. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Jospeh Herzing officiating.A visitation will be held from 12:30 until the hour of service at the church.

AnnMarie Herzog was born February 20, 1929 in rural Melrose, MN to the late Lawrence and Mary Philomina (Thieschafer) Herzog. She graduated from St. Francis High School in Little Falls, MN.She attended St. Gabriels Nursing School in Little Falls, MN.She worked as a registered nurse for a number of years for the Franciscan Sisters and in a number of towns including Moorhead, MN, Little Falls, MN and Milwaukee, WI.She was united in marriage to John Binda for several years. She was then united in marriage to Edward Locke on August 10, 1991 in Minneapolis, MN.The couple made their home in Minneapolis, MN, for several years. Edward died on May 17, 2003. AnnMarie moved to Fergus Falls in 2003, where she lived until moving to Little Falls, MN in 2004.She lived at the Alverna Apartments, Highland Senior Living and at St. Ottos Care Center at the time of her death.AnnMarie enjoyed reading, crafting and tatting.She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Little Falls, MN.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Linda Karnstedt of Windsor, CA; grandson, Alex (Giovanna) Karnstedt of Inver Grove Heights, MN; siblings, Marie Herzog Randall of Brooklyn Park, MN and Edward (Judy) Locke of Lancaster, CA, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Mary Herzog; husbands, John Binda and Edward Locke; siblings, Norbert, Alvina, Alphonse Duke, Lorriane, Hubert, Dolores, Bernard, Robert and Donald.
